A restaurant boasting authentic Japanese cuisine has opened its doors in a bustling south-eastern Perth suburb.
Tendon Kohaku is giving away free matcha ice cream with any tendon, udon or curry rice set order if foodies follow their Instagram and mention them in a story until April 19.
Aside from a range of delicious mains, the already-busy new eatery offers multiple sweet treats, including the viral ‘Bouncing Cat Pudding’.

The Bouncing Cat Pudding allows customers to unleash their inner artist and draw on their dessert-style furry friends with edible charcoal ink.

Despite the zen-inspired interior design, the store — which had its grand opening on March 19 — has been experiencing some chaos with lengthy wait times and sold-out dishes as Japanese food lovers rush to experience their offerings...
